I am not clear on whether this trailer has brakes, did Bass Cat make any 2005 tandem Pantera Classic trailers w/o brakes? Were brakes standard?www.RichLindgren.comhttp://BassinBlog.RichLindgren.com

Should have brakes on all newer models for the last fifteen years or more… 18 and above were standard.
