What is the best set up prop and jack plate wise on a 2006 cougar FTD? Looking for the most speed and good whole shot.

2006 optimax with a new 2013 power head. Has 4 blad 25p on it right now.
Optimax 250 Pro XS ? 26p FuryOptimax 225 Pro XS ? 25p FuryOptimax 225 ? 24p Trophy, or 25p FuryThis is where Id start.
