I did this a few years ago on a Jag, you go through the access panel up front and you can get to the six bolts holding the MG on, there are aluminum backer plates secured by washers and locknuts. I think I ended up drilling two holes to get the right location, the MK mount fit most of the the motorguide holes, you have to remove a cover panel on the Fortrex to access the holes, then put it back on. I remember the whole process to go from MG to MK was easy. The 45 inch version was what I used on the 02 Jag
