Can anyone recommend a decent cover for a 2008 Sabre, single console? I just bought the boat in Tennessee and we are camping up by Douglas Lake for almost two weeks. I assume the Bass Cat covers are custom made so I dont have time to get one right now and dont want the boat sitting outside without a cover for two weeks. The boat will be stored inside once I get back in Texas. Just thought someone might have a recommendation for something that might fit fairly well. We are very close to a Bass Pro. I dont see a Bass Cat dealer in the Knoxville area.

These guys can make one that will be a very good fit and is certainly good for trailering. They recently made one for my 2009 Sabre using the “Coast Guard” material. They have several types of material depending on how much you want to spend. This is the second boat they have fitted with a cover for me.http://www.auroracanvas.com/

If you just need something to cover for your 2 week trip and not for travel use…http://www.basscatstore.com/dustcover.aspxThose are probably in stock. Check the material and maybe try some scotchguard or water repellant treatment if you want. Thanks, stopped by Bass Pro right up the road and bought a cover. I have the boat here now so didnt want it to go uncovered. Its definitely not the best cover but itll do until I can get a custom fit one.

How did that BPS cover work for you? Been looking for something to cover mine with while in the slip at our lake house. Its a covered slip, but bugs at night and bird issues call for something, but not necessary for trailering. Just something I could reasonably draw tight sitting in the slip. 06 Sabre, dual console.

Ive just been putting it over the boat when not using it while we are camping. Its serving its purpose. Its definitely big enough and no issues fitting.
