There is a dealer in Scotland, TX that has 2 leftover 2009 16 Skiffs for sale. They are being sold as new boats, just boats and trailers. No electronics, motors or anything else. Can you verify that these are new units and will carry all new warrantys, including lifetime hull. Im hesitate to look at them, but how much rigging will it take to get them “water ready”?
