Definitely.My guess is bad starter?Did you take my advice from a previous post and jump the solenoid?Turn ignition on and make sure you hear fuel pump.Pull cowlingPut one red clamp of jumper on post that has wire coming to starter from battery(on mine is wire to copper/brass post).Put other side of same red wire on the black post on the other side of starter that has wire going to flywheel area.If bad solenoid itll turn over lickity split and away you go!
