Until I can get a Fury or a Bravo for my spare prop (currently have a fury 26 which is a little tall for the elevation Im at with two people and gear…approx. 2000 feet) which prop do you suggest I try/carry for a spare of these two…I have a 26 Tempest or a 26 Trophy. Motor is a 250 Pro XS. Thank you in advance for your suggestions.
Since your already at 2,000 feet, odds are you will sometime be at 2,400, 3,000 or a range thereof. Thus we would go to a 24″ Fury for upper elevations and enjoy the pleasure of good hole shot and reasonable performance at higher altitudes.

Actually no…highest elevation that is normal is about 2100 to 2200 feet and lower down to 400ish. If I head to Powell or higher Ill grab a 24 or 23 but most is between 1100 and 2200.
I have 26 Tempest with no plugs in the vent holes bolted on for tonight. In previous boats if I could turn a 25 Tempest or VMAX I could turn the 26 Tempest. We will see and go from there. Ill let everyone know what I come up with. Thanks for your help BCB.
