Ive only had my Caracal on the water two times. I have noticed that the port side livewell lid rubs the back of the seat pretty hard and I think it may end up wearing out the back of the seat.I am curious if others are experiencing the same interference between the lid and back of passenger seat. And maybe I should have the seat moved forward about an inch?Thanks, Dave

The storage lid behind the driver seat of my 2015 Eyra rubs. I have looked at it, and I dont see how the lid can be moved at all, and I would hate to move the driver seat and add that many holes in the fiberglass. I have simply made a habit of putting some pressure on the seat back, which usually helps the lid clear it of barely contact it.

Ive used mine quite a bit and havent had an issue. At first it was a little tough but after a few times using it , it was ok. Pro-Tec Productswww.protecproducts.com

It should not present a problem on the vinyl and were trying to keep the seats tight and open the cockpit as much as possible. We had nothing to do with the lids on the boat though we will see those who were.

OK Thanks, I guess it is ok. I just had two friends comment about the rubbing as well as my concern with the vinyl seat back.Dave.
