Coppermine lodge has its own private dock and boat ramp, depending on tournament rules you could put in at the Coppermine ramp and be in the prairie creek buoy’s in 3-5 minutes

In the past you can launch your boat from anywhere on the lake and motor to the takeoff at Prairie Creek Marine area as the designated takeoff and weigh-in.

Prairie Creek does have a 6 boat wide launch ramp however parking will become an issue with 300 to 400 boats. Here are other launch options:

Hwy 12 Bridge – less than 5 minutes from Prairie Creek
Horseshoe Bend – 15 minutes from Prairie Creek
Rocky Branch – 15 minutes from Prairie Creek
Starkey Marina – 30 minutes from Prairie Creek
Hickory Creek – 30 minutes from Prairie Creek – Launch at marina or State Park Launch
Lost Bridge South – 40 minutes from Prairie Creek
Lost Bridge North – 45 minutes from Prairie Creek

If anyone decides to put in at hickory creek, The marina ramp is big enough for 2 boats at a time and there is a launch fee of $5 I believe. The public ramp is a single ramp with parking up to 20-30 boats
