Full throttle should be checked by a dealership and the engine and throttle settings can stop throttles from going full.
The propeller should do the job you want, and check tackle weight up front.
You may want to raise it, improving hole shot, and lower it to two or three dots for operation. You don’t need a lot of engine height on the plate.
