Who has had a boat go back to Bass Cat for warranty repairs, specifically for fiberglass defects and what was your experience like? Communication? Turn around time?Last edited by Scatcat on December 5th, 2017, 8:50 pm, edited 1 time in total.
Not my experience, Customer service – Excellent Plus – Had issues, now buying another rig.
16 weeks is a long time from 2-3 weeks. Hope it works out quickly now
