What is your set up with engine make and model, number of batteries, how many fuel tanks and how much fuel you were carrying, live wells full or empty, one or two passengers , tackle load and jackplate height? After running my PIV for 6 years speed and ride can depend on day to day conditions that I have become accustom too. Some days speed is not the up most importance because of weather or body of water conditions. There is no better ride in any condition then what this size boat will deliver day in and day out. Fish ability in this boat is unmatched. I fished a cypress lake 2 weeks ago and the next week a major reservoir. My fishing partner was amazed at how the boat adapted to both types of water. I told him the boat carries itself well and fuel and live well weights plays into this. You are going to become a believer in this boat like many of us have become.
