.Wiring is like new, plug looks great but something isn’t right with the inside of it, the contacts. It looks kinda like one of the thin blades, not sure what it’s called, broke. All the lights work, left turn signal doesn’t.
Maybe I’m wrong after looking at it, can anyone confirm how many of the 6 slots around the out part of the plug have the contacts? I’m showing 4 plus the middle contact. I was at the lake and always check the lights before leaving so was kinda in a rush. I’ll switch tail lights and make sure it’s not the light that’s bad.
May have been something as simple as where the 5 pin connector/harness connects to the 7 pin coiled cord. I disconnect it then reconnected, cleaned all the contacts with contact cleaned and everything worked perfectly. I always fold the tongue to store the boat and thinking maybe it just slowly worked itself loose. I’ll keep an eye on it, I always check my lights before leaving. Thanks for everyone’s help.
Managed to catch one nice fish on Conroe so far today.
