94 PII Gas tank removal

Disconnect everything, remove the screws in the brackets and it should come it th hatch. Some do expand in time as ethanol has impacted the plastic tanks, this might require trimming the lip some.

I see this post was from about (6) years ago but figured it would still be worth a shot to ask.  I am actually about to start reconditioning my father’s

old 1990 PII and will need to pull the tanks to clean and inspect them.  Additionally I will need to run new wiring, plumbing to live wells, etc…

Regardless, I was curious if the fuel tanks in your ’94 were fairly easy to pull once the hatches and hardware were removed?  Did you happen to

record or document your removal with video or pictures?  Thanks in advance for your assistance.  It is greatly appreciated!
