Yesterday on my way back to Texas from purchasing my “new to me” cat in Mountain Home I stopped by the factory to pick up a truck decal. It was around 4PM and when I got there it was already shut down for the holiday, well there was a very sweet lady there who said the factory was closed and would reopen the week after next. I said something like darn I am from houston and drove up here to buy a used Bass Cat, she then said hold on. A gentleman whos name escapes me said follow me and proceeded to take me to where the shirts, decals and hats were and said take your time. Well in that building was Ricks son whos name also escapes me, and we got to chewin the fat and he asked me if I had a chance to go on a tour, I said I had not, he said you want me to take you, so he gave me a tour. On my way out I met Ron and Rick, and got introduced to the lady that made it happen, Jan Pierce. This is the reason I bought a Bass Cat, excellent customer service going the exyra mile for someone who bought a used Cat. Thank you Pierce family for making me believe I made the right choice in brand right out the gate.Sorry for the long readJason
