With the OI coming up I figured this might be a good time to request some on-the-water pics of your Puma.Puma FTD and Cougar FTD.If you take or have any profile shots of your rig on the water Id like to see how the FTDs sit vs.the original Puma.Im a new member to the BCB site and am interested in these three boats.I would appreciate any pics you guys can come up with! Hi jiggerjake, Here are a couple pics of my 08 Cougar FTD and how it sits in the water. At this time, I had 150lbs of tackle and gear in the front compartments and my photographers camera equipment (over 100lbs) in the boat too. It also had 50 gals of fuel. I know you want a side by side comparison but I figured Id let ya see how this boat sits in the water. I hope it helps you. Boy, thats some beautiful scenery! Whats the name of the lake and where is it? Boat looks good too.Everyone should believe in something. I believe Ill just go fishing!

Thats Hells Canyon Reservoir on the Idaho/Oregon border. That day we saw mountain goats, elk, deer and turkey. We even caught a “few” smallies. 🙂 That trip was taken for an article I did for In-Fisherman (article published in Jan 09) and some of these pics were in the article. Its truly a magical place to fish and the fact that its full of 4lb smallies just adds to its beauty. Thanks for the kind words JEH. TerryTerry Battisti

Hey Terry,thanks for the pics.I spoke with you on the phone a few months back about your boat.Saw the second pic on your website,the first is a good shot as well.Talk about coincidence I just finished e-mailing you with another question,go figure.Thanks again for your response and the pics.Damn pretty boat too!

Hey jiggerjake, I just sent you and email. I hope it helps out with your decision. But, Ill just reiterate. The boat is stable when on the front deck and Ive never noticed any rocking at all. JEH and Doug, if you ever get out this way please let me know and Ill take ya around. This string of reservoirs is pretty cool. Over 100 miles and three reservoirs of great smallie fishing. Brownlee, Oxbow and Hells Canyon. Great fishing and awesome scenery. Seriously, give me a call if ya wanna come out. TerryTerry Battisti

Terry if i ever do i will let you know but i dont venture far from south La,mississippi,with an occassional alabama or texas trip. if you ever get down here and want the swamp tour of the basin let us know!

Anytime just give me a week or 2 advance notice and we can see the swamps til you tired of looking and nver see it all.
