I need to post a thank you to one of our members on here which is Aaron Campbell aka “adchunts”. I finally met Aaron a couple of months ago when he was up my way, and he dropped off a prop for me to try out and I sent one with him to test. We both knew it would be a little small on his 175 Pro XS because it was hitting the limiter on my 150 4 stroke, but it would give him a good idea on how it would perform. Well when he brought it back he had sent it to the prop guy I bought it from and had it repitched for me and worked. I finally ran it today and it ran 1 mph gps faster and never bumped the limiter which was 63.5 mph gps. All I can say is Aaron is a first class guy, and thank you Aaron for doing something you didnt have to do. On another note I also ran my 23 Tempest that I got back from Mark Croxton after having it stretched to a 24 and B&Bd , and it ran a flat 65 mph gps. Not bad for a Sabre with a 150 4 stroke Merc with my normal load, but it will still BARELY hit the limiter. Next trip im going to run my Trophy and the 25 Tempest Aaron loaned me, I would have ran them this afternoon but I wanted to squeeze in a little fishing while I was out. Thank you again Aaron!
