accessing parts web page

Are the parts and the clothing web pages having problems? This past week I have got an error accessing the parts web page, excpet for one evening when it didnt work until after 7.

Im in. Chrome works. Firefox and explorer do not.

I use Explorer and have troubles once in a while. I can always get into the page. But sometimes when I put something into the shopping cart, then go to the cart to check out, it will be empty. However, if I try it two or three times, the cart will show up with whatever I have added to it. That just started happening a few weeks ago.

Weve put a call in to find out what is going on with this issue.It seems that if you click on the link at the top of this page for ” Parts/ Accessories ” or ” Clothing ” or on Basscat.com for the same links, there are fewer issues. Internet Explorer seems to be the worst at not taking us to the page. Firefox and Chrome are better.We will stay on top of this and get it resolved ASAP.As for the cart issue, this has been on ongoing problem. Seems to be worse for those who use Explorer or those who put their computers/ devices in “Hibernate” or “Sleep” mode instead of restarting them occasionally.Apologies for the inconvenience.

I havent used Explorer for years for that reason.

For 2 weeks I have been trying to get in to order a cover. Again it doesnt work on any browser. At least this time I have time during hours when someone is there.
