Yeh not sure exactly what the voltage says. Everything works fine and no problem with engine start up. It just is a pain because I have to use the livewell pump to get in fresh water. It seems like it takes no time at all for it to start flashing a voltage problem. I have a brand new optima blue top. Im now wondering if I have a bad battery, charger or a problem with the BP 2000.
I have a BP 2000 and when I first hit the aerator button to manual or automatic it comes on and all is well. But it wont come back on on automatic. When I first put it on manual it will work at first as well. The problem is it will only work once then when you hit the button neither auto or manual comes up, the screen just stays blank. The only thing I have noticed is the screen will flash ” volts” and maybe read like 10.4 or something. I guess my question is will the BP 2000 not allow you to work the aerator if it senses less than 12 volts?
Check the pumps by using wires from a working pump and plugging them into the wires from the non working cartridge and reverse the opposing ones to verify if it is the ground, pump, wiring or dash panel.
Evidently we misread your post. The Aerator is a spray bar with multiple holes in it and does fill the wells. The Pump In fills the wells on the ProAeration switch and fills them for culling and fast use. BCB
