I am sitting in Bangor Maine airport, which is my first stop back in the States coming home from Afghanistan. This is my sixth time coming through here in the last ten years. I have been here at 2 AM and arrive like today in the afternoon, and these wonderful people never cease to impress me. No matter what time we get here there are at least 50 peopl lining the walkways cheering us home. With all the posts about whining, and the problems with whatever in this country; at least the good people of Maine keep good old American Patriotism alive. The rest of the country could learn from these people. 12 years of coming home from war and they still are here with no fail. Thank you Bangor, Maine.- Chaz
