South-Sabre, I’m far from an expert, but I have a similar problem, only it’s my navigation (bow) light and dash lights that will not work from the A-10, but will work from the rocker switch up front. Your anchor light should be feed by the White wire, with the Black strip, from pin# 12 on the A-10 panel. You can check for power there, once you activate the anchor light from the A-10. (The Red light above Anc should be lit) I would suspect the ground at the light is ok, since it will work from the rocker switch. You should also be able verify your wiring from the A-10, to the light, by powering the light from the rocker switch and then reading the 12v back feed, on the White wire w/black stripe, at the Molex plug, with it removed from the A-10 panel. If the A-10 is not sending power to the light, you might be able to reset it by unplugging the Molex plug from the panel, waiting a few minutes and reconnecting it. I did not have success doing that, and I’m currently waiting on parts to receive in new panels. Hope this helps.
