Just got a promotion and am going to be make the long move from Washington state to the Jasper Alabama area next month. I dont know anyone in the area, if you guys can direct me to some good bass clubs and tournament trails to check out I would appreciate it.Or if you see a White on white on white with black stripped 2010 Puma ftd with a SHO come by and say hi.Aaron

Welcome to Alabama Aaron, I think youre going to love the fishing in these parts. Were blessed with have a good population of large mouth, small mouth, and my favorite the spot. And a variety of lakes and rivers. Several good clubs in the area and I invite you to look at the Fayette Bass Club, just 40 miles from Jasper. We have just finished our season but will start a new year in February. Good fishing and again welcome to Alabama!!

Aaron, Welcome to Alabama you will absolutely love the area great fishing everywhere to the south you have the Coosa river big Spotted Bass, to the north the big G, Wheeler,Wilsson,Pickwick. I really dont think there is a better place to live as far as fishing goes. I live in Huntsville been here for 8 years, grew up in BHAM I like it in North Al alot better. Send me an IM we will hook up and go one day Ive got a Puma with 250XS but am looking at getting a new Puma and would love to see what the SHO is all about. I guess the best thing about moving to Jasper is you will be where there is a great BCB dealer. Walley, Larry, & Heather at Regal Marine are great folks and will take care of you. You will also be able to fish SEBCOG next year its the owners group tourny they have on GVILLE every year. Kelly does a great job with that. Any way Im sure youll see plenty of southern hospitality good luck with the transition.

Welcome to Bama! Lots of fishing here as everyone has said. The Coosa chain is close and there are always big open tournaments and trails on these lakes. I think Joe screen name Falco is involved with the Birmingham Bass club. I am sure he can give you info on his club. If you need service on that Cat and SHO go see Scott Brech at Brech Marine in Selma. He is a certified Master Yamaha Tech.
