Thanks for all the help with lodging. Im in contact with several of them now. I have a couple of follow up questions. Has the permit been issued from the Corps so the dates are set in stone? I ask because several of the lodges are telling me you only get you money back if they can rent the cabin so I was curious about the dates before placing a deposit. Also is there any special registration or paperwork to be filled out beforehand for the event and finally is there an itinerary of events yet? Thanks
