I currently live in Texas, north of Houston near Lake Conroe. I have an opportunity to move to Colorado in about a year and it would be in the Denver area, most likely south towards Colorado Springs. Just wondering how the fishing is in Colorado, specifically bass fishing. I know its not the same as Texas and fly fishing is big but wondering if there are any Bass Cat owners on here from Colorado?

My son has lived in Denver for 10 years. Every time I visit I go to the Bass Pro store and ask if it would be a good idea to bring my BassCat next time I visit. Same answer every time: no, not worth it. Good luck

I lived in fort collins for several years, bass if you can find them dont get very big. Colorado is certainly not a destination bass fishing state. Lots of Subarus hipsters and weed not many green fish…

I bought a LCX26 from T Snieth a Bass Cat owner in the Denver area. Maybe he will chime in.

Thanks for the replies. I dont know what I want to do, stay here or move. If I move Im home every night and if I stay here in Texas Ill be gone 3-4 days a week. I work for an airline and work in the training center but theyre moving it to Denver. Tough decision, wed miss the bass fishing for sure.
