Be aware that if you are not an Arkansas or Missouri resident with a border license, you must have licenses for both states if you travel north of the border in the river arm. BCB
we can purchase the out of state fishing license once we get to mountain home,ak for the oi. is this correct
When you get to AR, yes you can get them at Harps (faster and nice store) or WalMart. Many other stores like Escape Outdoors have them also. BCB
You can also buy them on line and even specify the date of coverage.
