Year and model of boat, plus which ATen unit are you needing? We have definitely had issues with the vendor of ATen units and we need them also. The vendor had some changes in recent years and they are small and have had health issues, which have created the present challenge. They are working their way out of this and we hope they are improved soon.ATen rectangular pads like Premium models have are definitely a solid product and thousands of these dashes are in use. The round Vision series was an acceptable level of success the needle doesnt move high in numbers on these as replacements parts. Most Vision issues are often related the the pad switch itself.
