I am going to buy an axle end unit for a spare. So, my question is if a non-brake axle end can be used in place of a brake axle end temporarily to get you home. It is obvious that the brake function is not there. But can it be used? I also always wondered if you could run on just three tires? Anyone have any knowledge to that?
