Your dealership can assist on the Jack plate gauge. Only SeaStar has a SmartStick, while Atlas or Bob’s have a different magnetic system. We don’t know what transducer switch your referring to unless it’s inside the graph unit. Those are managed by those companies software and we agree it can be difficult to understand.
The front battery switch may be on us, though it’s pretty simple and it monitors the trolling battery voltage by pressing the momentary switch. If the dealership added electronics, it’s possible they pulled a wire lose.
The touch pad will click every 30 seconds or so when the boxes are open, and that monitors the security system and light timers. In 5 or 10 minutes the lights will shut off.
