As posted I got to start breaking in my new cougar sat afternoon. All went well. Had some friends come over sun to check out the new boat and the new hds7 in the dash was fried. Used it once, had it for three days. Called low customer service today and the rep was a bass cat fan. He asked me about my new boat, some near by lakes and spoke highly of this forum. He did not hesitate to replace the unit and even offered me an upgrade to an 8 at a reduced rate. I asked him if it would fit in my dash and he referred me to some pics and threads on here. I paid the difference and the new one will ship as soon as the old one arrives. I did not catch his name but he took care of the problem in cat like fashion.
