Today, I received my new embroidered Red Bass Cat Jacket and one more BCB hat and they both match my new Classic. In the box was a nice personal note from Rick, thanking me for the purchase and the conversation we enjoyed there. Real first class customer relations. And thanks to Ron, Rick, Ivan, Scott and the rest of the people at BCB for making mine and Rachels trip to Mountain Home a pleasant experience. Rachel really liked the fact that Mountain Home is close to Branson, MO too! I also have to say that my dealer, Parkway Marine, Tallahassee, FL has also been very accommodating and working to make sure my purchase went off well. Thanks Fred! These BCB Jackets must be pretty good. I just sent my 17 year old BCB jacket to the cleaners. Its still in great shape and I think I will just hang it up in the closet as a keepsake.
