They no longer siphon and average fuel is based on the internal anti-siphon valves and length of hoses. The two rear tanks both feed the Right switched tanks. They are 20 gallons and you can average about 17.5 on them. The under seat tank is the Left on the valve as the cap is on the left. The fuel quit siphoning several years to meet home fire codes. Even if they did siphon the time to fill and siphon through a 3/8″ fuel line would have been a pain at the fuel stop.
