BASS Marshall

Well, this is my first post here. (Im strongly considering a Sabre FTD). Anyway… I served as a Marshal on Pickwick in 2010, and Pickwick and Wheeler in 2011.You will be asked to wear the Marshall Jersey that is supplied, as well as the cap. I wore the jersey. (a nice lightweight Columbia shirt). But the cap… man that thing was terrible. I just wore my Merc hat when I was with a Merc pro.They understand that we wear whatever rain gear that we purchase. The only stipulation is… they do not want competing trail logos. So, no FLW raingear.I think you will enjoy the experience. Did you get two days or three days?

Unless they changed the rules this year…I was a marshall on Toledo Bend last year, and we were told we could wear what we wanted but we had to wear the shirt they gave us to go back stage. They gave us a nice Columbia polo style shirt with vents in the back that was cool enough to throw on over whatever we wore in the boat. 1blubyu is correct in that they did not want any competing trail logos. I wore my BCBs jersey and had a few kids come up wanting autographs. hahahahah. I told them I would be happy to do it but that I was not a pro……yet. It may depend on the pro you get paired with but I did not hear of any unpleasant experiences. I know I enjoyed my 3 days on the water. It is a little bit difficult to sit back and watch another guy fish. I wanted to be chunking and winding too.
