We all try very hard here and no doubt those who have experienced other brands are usually very pleased with customer support. Then we have those we cant seem to please and a post like this makes the day you spoke to one of those much better.

Today i had an issue with my boat. I called Basscat and spoke with both Alan, and Richard…Once again, i must say Basscat is second to none in customer support. Both gentlemen were more than helpful, and eager to please.Basscat certainly has great representation with both men. I got off the phone hoping the rest of my day would be as satisfying.I will always buy Basscat!Thanks Alan and Richard!!Rob M.

Well said. Ive been more than pleased with BCB and even happier with my boat. Ive owned 2 other brands and after the sale, they were done with me. Not BassCat. BassCat is always willing to take the time to help in anyway. I will never own a different brand

Been around BCB for many years and have always gotten first class service. Pete was the man on the phone and now Allen had picked up and doing a great job as well.
