I think that if the owner has the boat registered with basscat, then they will receive an entry form in the mail. KentKent Charles 2002 Pantera Classic & 200 Yamaha VMax

Even if they are 2nd or 3rd or 4th owners, all they need to do is call the factory and register the boat in their name as the owner of record. Everyone will get an invitation mailed out in the spring of 2008. Or they will be able to pick one up at their dealership, again in spring of 2008. Thanks jignpig! I ask the same question, but got no reply. I will have to check with my dealer to see if mine is registered. Again thanks for your help. Bill

No problem. If you bought yours new, and got the jacket/cap as the owner, you are already registered. If you bought yours used from a dealership they may not have registered you. You can check with dealership or can always call the factory, only takes a couple of minutes and the BIN # off of the back transom of the boat. I am second owner of my Eyra and BCB treated me like a new owner! Of course, I have been running Cats for almost 19 yrs! You may want to check into the “Quest” program at the top of the owners board…just click on the “Quest” logo. I am overseas right now but I will shoot an email to the dealer and find out if he did. I have asked a few question lately with not response, maybe they were bumb questions! So Ill just check with my dealer, he seems to repond pretty quick. Thanks for help jignpig. Also what is the Quest Program? Guys, most of the time when BCB doesnt respond it is because you already have the right answer. Just because it doesnt come from the horse doesnt mean it isnt so What you have been told here is dead on. BCB will mail the entry forms to registered owners out 6-8 weeks prior to the event and send them to their dealer network at the same time. They are busy no need to feel slighted. The Quest program is a tournament based incentive program for BCB boat owners. It is a bonus money that is paid to the BCB owner who wins a sanctioned tournament. Allbright, we have seen a question that you asked which received a proper response from an owner, though we apologize if one was not addressed. We try hard to answer all questions that have not received a reply, and correct those we feel are not accurate. The question on the entry form we seem to recall, though you can phone in to BCB and make sure that you are listed as an owner, they will make sure you receive a form. The question on Quest has been answered many times and you were referred to the Quest site for more information. The link is at the top of the page in Quest. Thank you BCB, All is well, Im just a new owner with lots of questions, some may be good ones, other might not be. But pleased to BCB owner. I am looking forward to the owner Inv so I dont wont to be out of the loop on anything!!!
