I am currently in CT visiting family. Towed the boat up from NC. I am going to take my uncle to Candlewood on Sunday 22 June. I was wondering if anyone had any general info on the lake. I have never been there before. Best ramp..coming from Hartford area. Water temp, clarity, is there a good smallmouth population? thx Jamey

If you have a lake map I can put you in some prime locations, Just got back from up there and the smallies and largemouths are a biting!! Another lake that is close proximity is Mahopac Lake We spent 3 days on Candlewood and a day on Mahopac, same deal there as well game on!!
