Owners of new retail boats are not required to do anything as the purchase comes with registration in the program. Of course retail owners receive a jacket on their new boat and that identifies that we received your registration. Used boat owners have a fee of $100 for registration in the Quest Incentive program and that fee has been $100 since inception two decades ago. In 2017 there is a likelihood that the one time $100 fee will change and we dont want an annual fee for participation, thus increasing the one time fee is less trouble for all.
