when I lived in MN fishing the Mississippi in the spring you always carried a chain saw.

So the man literally loses 50% of his stuff in May. Gone. Seeya. Bye. House gets sucked away with friggin Dorothy and that yap yap as well.As the dust settles Ill tell yall that one of the things the man still has the most of is chainsaws. Chainsaw chains, motors, covers, etc- thanks to his dad and some issues he has with them?So tornado wipes your home out and guess what??!?Folks bring more chainsaws….So now I watch a video with some cheap ass hand saw from Phillys version of wallyworld?The irony is priceless.C.O.D. I knew Ward would know some background and laugh at a handsaw. All you river rats know what it takes to get to some untouched fish. I remember, when I was little, fishing the Atchafalaya Basin with my dad. In those days, Dad had a 15 foot KingFisher with a 55 Johnson. We jumped logs, squeezed through narrow canals, cut limbs, and even pushed the boat into some amazingly beautiful and fishy places. And we did that for fun. Like you think I couldnt come up with a chainsaw?Please.Why use a bazooka when a .22 will get the job done? Wasnt sure if any of my competition was in the creek with me and I SURE didnt want them to know I was whittling my way into Valhalla if they were.Brains, boys. Brains.
