Battery/Charger compatibility?

Im in the market for new troller batteries. Are the AGM type (Cabelas or Optima) compatible with The cullM Rite on board chargers. If so ,are they worth the upcharge? Bob Olinski

I use the Cabelas AGMs and love them and that battery charger will work fine. I cant answer the question for the Optimas.God Bless, Stephen

I am using the Optima 34s dual purpose. Absolutely love them, no problems whatsoever. No acid smell, no acid spill, true maintenance free. Both are good choices.96 Eyra/12 Mercury 175 Pro XS with 2015 single axle trailer2017 Victory Gunner

your charger for optima batteries MUST put out 10 amps min. for each battery
