My 07 Puma presently has 4 group 27 batteries, two each in dual battery trays. The top support for the dual tray is one piece, which necessitates that both batteries in a tray be the same height.A while back, when I was contemplating replacement of my cranking battery, I looked at the Sears AGM battery that is spoken highly of. I found that the Sears battery is approximately 3/4″ shorter than the Interstate group 27 that would occupy one space in the dual tray, so I wound up just replacing my cranking battery with another group 27 Interstate. The question: Is there is an adapter or other reasonably affordable solution available that will allow use of batteries that are not the same height in one of the dual trays?Thx, C.
