BCB… Extra loctite for calipers?

Put a new rotor and caliper on the trailer recently.Got 500 miles out of it before one of the two bolts holding the caliper came out. Caliper rubbed the inside of the wheel and is in pieces now.Bolts to hold the caliper on came with loctite already on them. Should I be adding more loctite to these bolts when installing next go around?Thanks.

We always like to have LokTite added on our application for obvious reasons now. Though they do come with the LokTite applied on new stem bolts. Still an ounce of prevention… you get it.

Thanks guys.Ill mention it to parts when I call for a new caliper, but you guys might want to suggest to them that they advise adding extra loctite to the bolts as well.Dont know if Im the only one this has happened to, but an ounce of prevention may help out someone else down the line.
