I need to speak to someone in parts so I can make sure Im ordering the right stuff to repair my brakes. I know you were closed last week. I tried to call today and left a message on your answering machine. I just tried to call again and when the phone answered it said the mail box was full. Will BCB be open tomorrow? Im sure you have a lot of catching up to do but right now my trailer has no brakes and I need calipers, pads, actuator, etc. Just want to be sure I order everything I need. Please let me know ………………thanks! Alan

Yes, that was the memo last week posted here. The factory reopens tomorrow at 8:00 AM and today was their holiday. They ran a light crew on parts last week and this week all hands will be on deck. We take one week for clean up and vacations people have are often taken that week also. The extra Monday is for the holiday, we usually take that week plus a holiday because the staff on vacation would be short a day.
