.i ordered a windshield and bearing hub earlier this week. finally got my box in from fedex today only to find my windshield in about 5 pieces. i called bcb parts and told them what happened and without question, they apologized and sent me out a new windshield. i just wanted to give kudos to the parts department for excellent customer service, which is rare these days.

I think they need to talk to whoever is packing the stuff up, my last couple things came in a big box with hardly any packing and rattled their way all the way to Montana, luckily they somehow made the trip unscathed. Mike

when i told the guy at parts what i ordered he asked me they packed em both in one box didnt they. i told him that they did. windshields and bearing hubs just dont mix.
