Eddie Consult with your local dealer. You might have a manual with all your paperwork. There is something in there telling one how to reset. My guess is you have a bad gauge.

Thanks Phil,The reset in the manuel doesnt reset the gauge, it will still read just the same.

Just for everrybodys information on the Nexsyslink gauges, when the information start acting up(rolling thru all of the screen and want stop) as per my conversation with the Beede techinal department there is no reset, the pad has a short in it. Hope this helps someone else. Was told to contact Bobby in service about issuse. waiting on call back from him now.Eddie

I had some issues with Beede gauges and phoned Beede direct and they walked me through it while on the phone then I downloaded the complete manual. They were very helpful.

May be the touch pad assembly locking it up and we suggest a call to BCB Service or a dealer visit. The manual is in the drop down screens on the BassCat.com page.

Does anyone know how to reset the NexSyslink gauge, mine will continue to scroll thru all the reading with out holding anything in the screen, I can make it stop on the main menu,but as soon as I hit enter it will start scrolling thru all reading again, and it will not stop. 2011 Puma FTD. Thanks for any help.Eddie

I recall on my 12 PII but with a Humminbird there was a setting to turn nmea outputs to “on”, which did the trick. No wiring needed

You will have to go into your advanced settings and make sure both of the NMEA outputs are turned on for it to connect to your speedometer. You can go to You Tube and search for that exact thing and you will see a video on how to get to the settings and turn it on. Chris CoupelPaulina, La.

Thanks everyone. I just installed the hds unit it previously had a hummingbird 998. My problem is with wiring nema 0183 into gauges. The hummingbird puck was connected with a white wire to the orange wire coming off the tach. It wasnt working then either but that could have been in the settings.
