Best location for additional 1 bank charger

I used this setup in my last boat before upgrading to a 4 bank, and I have to say it was a great little charger! You have the option of leaving it in the bilge area or unplugging it and just leave the connector attached to the battery. It really works well and you can add a y-cable that splits into 2 plugs so you only use one extension cord to charge all your batteries!

I have that 15 amp charger only from West Marine instead of Black and Decker but appears to be the exact same charger. Puts a better and faster charge then my 8amp on board. I have plug that goes into extension cord that splits into three plugs so can charge all batteries at once.
