Thanks to Gary, Larry, Brian, Chris and the crew there! They went out of their way and “outside the box” to get the ol Eyra serviced and ready to roll… VERY impressed at how theyre proactive and customer focused, even on an older rig like mine!Will be putting the rig through some “testing” at Falcon soon96 Eyra/12 Mercury 175 Pro XS with 2015 single axle trailer2017 Victory Gunner

Yes they pulled it out with after market parts. Sorry jignpig, believe we are still awaiting those assemblies from our vendors production. Seems the last thoughts on some minds is servicing the older stuff. We feel the pain you felt still.

Im glad that after market parts were available. Been planning this trip for 3 months. I know there can be vendor issues and parts for older rigs arent readily available at times, just glad that things worked out they could get things rolling along. H2o was very good at keeping me “in the loop” and informed about the delays.
