Bilge Pump Problem

I was fishing today and noticed that neither one of my bilge pumps were working. I have an 05 Puma. I dont seem to have any voltage at the pumps. Any suggestions on what the problem might be?

It could be faulty pumps. Or it may be the actual dash assembly Service will be back on Wednesday BCB
