Can someone please answer this for me. Can you order blacklight plugs in a new Bass Cat? If not how difficult are they to put in? These are absolutely a requirement here in East Tennessee. Would appreciate the feedback.

The Cougar and Puma come with them… standard. Im not sure about the smaller rigs.

My PII has them. I looked and did not see it listed as an option on the website, but I would assume that it is standard.

I have a 2007 Puma and they were not standard. They are not too difficult to install.

I have a 2006 Cougar FTD. I dont think I have them. Can you elaborate on the installation?

If you are refering to the Sloans black light system with the plugs mounted to the side of the boat …NO they do not come with the boat , dont think there is a option for that ..all aftermarket ..all BCBs have the cigerette ligher type power plugs in them

That is correct. Im wanting to know about the Sloan plugs, not a cig lighter plug. If you cant get that done at the factory on a new boat order. Then I was wondering has anyone else done that, and how difficult are they to install. Thanks for the responses.

I know a guy in E. Tennesse that makes them. He sells them for I think $14 a piece. They are exactly like the Stan Sloan ports at a fraction of the cost. PM me if you want his info. Installing is really easy. Youll need a “step down” drill bit to make the hole big enough. I did it in an afternoon wired them into my acc. switch and they work great. If youre in the Knoxville area and want some help with it let me know. – Jason
