Looking for the height, floor to top of power pole, on a 2020 puma, cougar and eyra with 8’ power poles and 18” wheels. I want to make sure I make my garage door big enough and haven’t made up my mind on which one I am buying.
Just go 8’ if you can and that will fit anything from the tractor roll bar to the power poles in 8’. It should fit 10’ poles also though it’s real close on the door being fully retracted.
My Eyra with 8′ poles and 18″ wheels measure 86″ from ground to top of poles. I have to lower them a couple inches to back into the garage with a 7′ garage door. If you don’t want to lower them then get an 8′ tall garage door and you will have no worries.
Mine clears the doors at an angle on a 17 puma ftd with 8′ poles. Some times they hardly rub. I now touch the poles down one click at the console. It probably drops them a good 2-3″ then when the boat clears the door I bump them back up and push it into its corner. You could probably do that with 10′ poles as well
