I’ve been with them since 1996. Carry boat insurance, on water towing, and trailer coverage. I’ve had to use them only twice and they were great both times (fishing line wrecked seals in lower unit and brake caliper through my claw wheel). Because I haven’t had a claim in over a period time I no longer have a deductible. I have been happy with them and have no plans to change insurance. They recently changed underwriters to GEICO but BoatUS is still the administrator and I think that’s the important part as they will work on your behalf.
