Posted on another forum with not many responses.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I have a 2019 Lynx and last night the bow lights would not come on. I checked the fuses in the back, the pad says the light is on but no luck with the running lights. The stern light works fine but no red or green.

Without taking the foot pedal out and removing the disc below it to try and trouble shoot it, what other suggestions does the crowd have? Other than taking it to the dealer (1.5 hour pull). No loose connections that I could find.

Need your input.

Do a swap on the power lead that goes to the front light on the a-10 pad, or find the two leads and jump them with jumpers connected to the ground and the hot (a connection to a 9volt battery should do). If you get lights in the front off the jumper or switching the hot leads for the rear light with the front then you probably have a bad pad. I would also check the rocker switch on the bow to make sure that it is functioning properly as well.

If the anchor light comes on in the back then the nav light connection probably has become disconnected.

Or your front light switch is flipped down.

We have to suspect a connection in the bow under the deck. That is a very seldom issue, though sounds like the most likely. You can trace the wire from the panel and see if that is putting out power, as well as checking the bow area switch.

To those who responded, thank you very much for your assistance that’s what Bass Cat is all about. Took me a while to find it, but Phil was correct in his assumption. The hot lead from the light disconnected from the crimp. Had to take the trolling motor off because I couldn’t get to the little screw that holds the chrome cover on the light. Easy enough to fix. When taking off the light fixture, one of the screws was already sheared off so had to replace that. It’s done though and it works.
